Dr. Norman Reddick, D.MD.
Dr. Reddick is a native of Southern California. He graduated with a major of cell biology from UCSB and with a D.M.D. degree from Washington University. As one of the Founders of the Association for Interdisciplinary Dental Excellence (A.I.D.E.) in Westlake Village and a Pankey Institute attendee. He has also continued his education thru the Spear Institute and is a member of the Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry. He has been practicing for 41 years. In his spare time he is an Award winning sculptor, working with marble, onyx, and limestone. He and his wife live in Westlake Village and have 3 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Monique Stone - Office Manager
Monique Stone grew up in the Conejo Valley area. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She worked in a Periodontal office for 7 years, and Endodontic office for 2.5 years, Orthodontic for 1 year and General and Cosmetic for 12 years. She loves working chair side with the doctor and caring for the patients. She also enjoys getting to know paitents and greeting them at the front office and assuring that they get the best care and understanding of their treatment. She is married and has two fun loving kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Shelby Crandell - Hygienist
Shelby Crandell attended the Hygiene program at Oxnard College and graduated in 2003. She previously was a dental assistant and has been in Dentistry for 22 years. In her spare time, she has an Artisan Soap Making business that keeps her busy selling online and at craft shows. She also enjoys doing home projects and spending time with her Pomeranian, Madison.
Katherine Soong - Hygienist
Katherine Soong has worked in the dental field for 27 years as a dental assistant. She loves working chairside assisting the dentist and enjoys the personal relationships that she developes with the patients. She loves singing and patients will often find her singing to be comforting during their visit. She was born and raised in Ventura County and graduated from Oxnard College in 2006 with her associate degree.She spends her free time with her husband and six children having fun boating on the lake or in the ocean.
Joanne Salte - Hygienist
Joanne Salte is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years. She enjoys meeting new people and educating them on ways to keep their smiles healthy for a lifetime. Joanne lives in Agoura Hills with her husband and two teenage daughters. Her hobbies include hiking, movie watching and loving her Coton De Tulear dog.
